Creating custom Windows 11 ISOs with 3rd party drivers installed

I'm wondering if I create a custom Windows 11 ISO with software called Winhance and include the drivers in the self-created ISO, will that also include the software associated with the drivers, for example, if I included the Nvidia drivers for my RTX 4090, will the Nvidia Control Panel also be included in the ISO I created or will I have to download and install the Nvidia Control Panel separately?
