On one hand, I strongly believe that parents should not be allowed to offload their responsibility to protect their children against the negative side of what our society has to offer, and I also feel pretty strongly about these platforms wanting my inside leg measurement as part of a never-ending crusade to scrape every last bit of data they can about their users. However, I also acknowledge that some parents will always suck (to a negligent extent) at their jobs and kids shouldn't have to suffer because they had the misfortune of being born to such parents.
