Samsung Frame privacy question

Greetings, I have a Samsung Frame TV, it is not connected to the network due to privacy issue. lately I got requests from the family to use the netfilx applet which requires network connections. I looked online for how to disable privacy features but my TV doesn't have them. I was wondering if and how can this be done Thanks, Dagg.
