I mean no shit sherlock. It didn't take a genius to point out when this was announced that what makes cities successful is the exact opposite of a long spread out urban design - what makes cities great is density in close proximity (with public transit). And this is simply painfully obvious!
But these fucking stupid rich assholes say shit and plan shit and it's announced with great heraldry and pomp and circumstance. This timeline sucks.
