When I say the cable is moulded, I mean that the cable + adapter are moulded, it's unpluggable at the BR player's end.\n\nThis link has a helpful photo of the power delivery stats of the adapter:\n\n\n Pardon our interruption... \n\n\nOne thought I had was to get a multi-voltage power adapter, but the one I found only went up to 1.2A. Also, Panasonic doesn't sell alternatives in their 'spares shop'.",
