Laptop takes 5 minutes to shut down

Need some help here. I have a new laptop, about 3 months old, Lenovo P16S with Ryzen HX Pro 370, Radeon 890M, 64GB RAM running Win 11 Pro 25H2. I can't say for certain when this started but this laptop literally takes 5 minutes to shut down and even longer to restart. It is connected to a Dell TB dock and when I first noticed it I really thought it had something to do with being connected to the dock, some kind of Lenovo-Dell beef. But it also happens when not connected to the dock or even when connected to a different cheap USB dock I use when in the office occasionally. My searches showed things like: Disabling fast boot. I've tried both ways, no change. Disabling all non-Windows services and disabling startups apps. No change. Update drivers, no change. Update Windows, already up to date, no change.
