12th gen failing?

I started getting some strange memory related errors in Chrome several months ago. And when games would load I would get "Out of video memory trying to allocate rendering resource" or it would just freeze on loading. A reboot would fix it and then a few weeks later it would start happending again. I thought it was a windows issue, but I finally updated to Windows 11 in December and it still happened. I also upgraded my gpu to a 9070XT with no change. I even updated the bios to the lastest version maybe a month ago with no change. I have had my 12700K since it was released, and I have never overclocked it's frequence. I am running my DDR 4000 ram at 3866 in gear 1 with the CPU SA Voltage and VDDQ Voltage set at 1.3 volts. I have ran stressapptest, and it didn't find any memory issues. Everything else is what the MSI Pro Z690 defaulted the chip to, and has been running that way since day one.
