I believe Samsung has a close relationship with AMD, and could buy HBM on a wafer-by-wafer basis, or even be a solo vendor.(together buy lpddr)
First, let's start with lpddr (e.g. Samsung K3LKYKY0EM-ZGCP, m1 pro)
It might be the 128-bit package used on Apple Macs. That would make a total of 3072 bits.
Synchronization with the HBM clock might be important? it would be nice if they were the same.
The announced HBM specs are still 6.4 Gbps. The m3 64GB package is also the same.
3072bit 1536GB is best(My delusion, lpddr5) and lpddr5x 1536bit or 768bit
