Restarting a MacBook in recovery mode

Why? Because I'm going to attempt to install Omarchy on an old (Intel-based) MacBook Air. How? Press and hold Cmd + R immediately after starting/restarting the MacBook until the loading screen (black with a white Apple logo and progress bar) is visible.
