Pro Football Dynasty Coming Soon to Steam

SidelineSim Studios is moving from Saturdays to Sundays with Pro Football Dynasty. The studio is best known for Football Coach: College Dynasty, which has built a strong following on Steam and currently sits at Overwhelmingly Positive user reviews. Now the developer is bringing that same dynasty-focused approach to the pro game. Players can take control as a coach, calling plays and building game plans or step in as general manager to handle the draft, free agency, trades, contracts and the salary cap. The game uses a detailed simulation engine with more than 100 offensive and defensive plays, while giving players room to shape the league the way they want. Roster building goes beyond just picking names off a board. Players will scout prospects, work the trade market and try to stay ahead of 31 rival GMs, while player development runs through offensive and defensive staffs, team facilities, staff upgrades and different personalities that make each hire feel a little different. Pro Football Dynasty also tracks plenty under the hood, from snap counts and player stats to team history, awards, past results, Hall of Fame inductions and league records. Players can customize portraits for players and staff, adjust settings for injuries, free agency, draft rules, the salary cap and other league rules, and settle into the grind of game day, draft day and the tough offseason decisions that come with running a franchise. The official Steam page currently lists Pro Football Dynasty as coming soon, but an official release date has not been announced.
