Forza Horizon 6 Reveals Horizon Decades Playlist and 10 Free Reward Cars

Forza Horizon 6 has been a smash hit since launch, but developers Playground Games are not resting on their laurels. One of the best ways to keep opinions around a game positive is to keep gamers interested with free perks that add new fun to the game, and with Forza Horizon 6 Series 2, they’re doing just that.

Dubbed Horizon Decades, the series will allow players to unlock two free cars each of the next four weeks, starting on June 18. Each season that passes relates to a different decade, beginning with the 80s in the upcoming summer week and progressing to the 2010s for the final unlocks. Because there will be only one pass through each season during the promotion, it’s important to make sure you clear rewards on a given season before the calendar ticks over on Thursdays.

The unlockable cars each season are:

Summer:

• 1989 Volkswagen Rallye Golf – 20 points
• 1988 Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV – 40 points

Autumn:

• 1998 TVR Cerbera Speed 12 – 20 points
• 1993 Schuppan 962CR – 40 points

Winter:

• 2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10 – 20 points
• 2003 Ford F-150 SVT – 40 points

Spring:

• 2017 Mercedes-AMG GT R – 20 points
• 2017 Saleen S7 LM – 40 points

There are also two cars available by hitting targets for total points earned. The good news for completionists is that their unlock levels are equal to exactly four times the seasonal unlocks, which means if you complete the lower-tier option for all seasons, you’ll automatically get the first unlock, and the same applies for second-tier cars in each season:

• 1993 Porsche 911 Turbo S Leichtbau – 80 points
• 2018 Lotus Exige Cup 430 – 160 points

Three of the new vehicles will make their franchise debut in this series. There will also be a new temporary car meet located at the Hokunu Time Attack Circuit, where gamers can gather to show off their favorite rides to other players.

Series 2 will run for four weeks and conclude, along with your chance to unlock the final cars, on July 16.
