For the cover typography, designer O’Neil Nanco worked with Letraset’s **Manuscript Capitals** , using both forms for the letter R.\n\nHailing from Kingston, Jamaica, Nanco studied Advertising Art & Design at New York City College of Technology (class of 1978) From May 1978 to 1996, he served as art director at Bantam Doubleday Dell in New York.
