Funky Chicken is the debut album release by Chicago-based soul singer, producer/arranger. and saxophone player Willie Henderson (b. 1941), recorded with the Soul Explosions and released in 1970 on Brunswick Records.

The amorphous typeface chosen for the title is Fantasia , drawn by John Theodore for Photo-Lettering by 1969.
