The rest of the uncredited cover design is exclusively typographic, featuring twelve styles from ten typefaces (**Peignot** is represented by two weights, and **Ultra Bodoni** by roman and italic styles). **Broadway** also appears in unmodified form, for “Did You Ever See a Dream Walking”.
