Not Caruso Roxy, but another quirky typeface with bounce and curls that was likewise introduced by Photo-Lettering in the 1960s: this is Chicamakomiko , drawn by Richard Rosenblum (and digitized by Susana Carvalho in 2011), in use on the paperback cover of a screwball blackmail novel from a time when the most pressing question seemingly was whether the US President was a weedhead. (In fact, things weren’t that peaceful back then either.)
