The prominent use of **Peignot** and **Serif Gothic** reinforce a 1970s feel.\n\nThe blue horizontal area is the _obi_ strip (belly band) as issued with the earliest printings of this book, which was distributed only in Japan, as a pocket-sized paperback with jacket. The Japanese title (“1973年のピンボール”) uses **Gona**.
