It’s incredible what Liberals think they can get away with — more incredible still that they’re often right. On CTV’s Question Period on Sunday, Transport Minister Steven MacKinnon accused the Conservatives of not “thinking big” like they used to given their opposition to their high-speed megaproject. “You know, Brian Mulroney used to think big.
