New Garmin smartwatch beta update brings improved audio prompts

The Garmin beta version 28.xx testing cycle has begun for some of the brand's mid-range smartwatches. The 28.03 release brings an audio prompt related change, as well as a series of bug fixes to users of these Forerunner wearables.
