Vera C. Rubin Observatory has discovered over 11,000 asteroids in our solar system

Thanks to the Vera C. Rubin Observatory, astronomers have discovered more than 11,000 new asteroids in our solar system and studied 80,000 already known. These discoveries could help identify potential future threats to Earth.
