UK to Ban Social Media for Under-16s, With Sweeping Restrictions for All Teens

Restrictions in the UK will go even further than those in place in Australia, preventing under-17s from accessing livestreams and chatting with strangers. Under-18s area also banned from using romantic companion AI chatbots.
