  "textContent": "Remote Collabora\n\n**Collabora Productivity**\n\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our products/services.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch solutions.\n\nAs a QA Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues, conduct thorough testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.\n\n**Responsibilities:**\n\n  * Find a cause of the issue and test to check the fix works in a complex environment involving multi-tier web applications\n\n\n  * Perform functional, regression and performance testing to identify and report defects or inconsistencies in product functionality\n\n\n  * Collaborate with product development and project management teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability and quality aspects\n\n\n  * Document and track test results, issues and resolution efforts to ensure clear communication and visibility of QA activities\n\n\n  * Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and work with the development team to facilitate timely resolutions\n\n\n  * Contribute to the establishment and enhancement of quality assurance standards and best practices within the organization\n\n\n  * Active participation on regular internal QA calls\n\n\n  * Hands-on troubleshooting sessions with customers via video conferencing and/or remote desktop tools\n\n\n  * \"Can do” attitude in different situations\n\n\n\n**Primary Qualifications:**\n\n  * Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing\n\n\n  * Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes\n\n\n  * 4-5 years Linux experience, including compiling software, command line and debugging tools\n\n\n  * Knowledge and experience of Docker and Kubernetes\n\n\n  * Basic knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git\n\n\n  * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n\n  * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment\n\n\n  * Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results\n\n\n\n**Additional Skills:**\n\n  * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n\n\n  * Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus (e.g., Cypress, Cppunit)\n\n\n  * Experience working in an open source environment is a plus\n\n\n\nIf you are passionate about ensuring the highest level of quality in products/services and are ready to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team, we encourage you to apply.\n\nJoin us in our commitment to excellence and be a key player in our continued success.\n\n#LI-Remote",
