As a leader in the software delivery platform space, CloudBees partners with global organizations to modernize DevOps, improve developer experience, and accelerate business outcomes.\n\n\n\n\n### **Role Overview**\n\nThe Partner Manager will be responsible for building, enabling, and scaling CloudBees’ partner ecosystem across the APAC region. This role is critical to expanding regional reach through value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators (SIs), cloud partners, and technology alliances.\n\nYou will act as the primary point of contact for partners—driving joint go-to-market strategies, pipeline development, and revenue growth in collaboration with direct sales, marketing, and technical teams.\n\n\n\n\n### **Key Responsibilities**\n\n * Own and execute the **APAC channel strategy** aligned with CloudBees’ regional revenue goals\n * Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners across priority APAC markets\n * Drive **partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline** and revenue\n * Develop joint business plans, territory alignment, and GTM motions with key partners\n * Enable partners through training, certifications, sales plays, and technical positioning\n * Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to support complex technical deals\n * Manage partner forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal registration processes\n * Act as the voice of the partner internally—providing feedback to product, marketing, and leadership\n * Participate in regional partner events, field marketing activities, and industry conferences\n\n\n\n### **What You’ll Bring**\n\n * 5+ years of experience in **channel sales or partner management** , preferably in B2B SaaS or DevOps tooling\n * Proven success scaling channel revenue in the **APAC region**\n * Strong understanding of **DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or developer tools**\n * Experience working with SIs, cloud marketplaces, and regional VAR ecosystems\n * Ability to navigate complex, technical sales cycles with enterprise customers\n * Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across cultures and geographies\n * Comfortable operating in a **fast-paced startup environment** with evolving processes\n\n\n\n### **Nice to Have**\n\n * Experience selling into enterprise engineering or platform teams\n * Existing partner relationships in key APAC markets (e.g., ANZ, Singapore, Japan, India)\n * Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP partner programs\n\n\n\n### **Why CloudBees**\n\n * Opportunity to shape and scale the APAC partner ecosystem from the ground up\n * Work with a highly technical, mission-driven team\n * Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits\n * Flexible, remote-friendly work environment\n * High visibility role with direct impact on regional growth\n\n",
