Cryptocurrency exchange Binance could lose authorization to provide services to customers across the European Union from July after uncertainty surrounding its application for a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license. According to Reuters, citing sources familiar with the matter, Binance's application submitted to Greece's financial market regulator could be rejected. MiCA Rules Require New EU Licensing Under the European Union's new MiCA regulatory framework, cryptocurrency companies must obtain a MiCA license by the end of June in order to continue operating throughout the bloc.
