Kremlin Says Russia and China Move Closer to Power of Siberia 2 Deal

Russia and China have made significant progress in negotiations over the Power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline project, although the two countries have not yet finalized a full agreement, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
