Democrats split on shielding Coast Guard, Secret Service as DHS shutdown threat nears

Democratic Rep. Rosa DeLauro is leading an effort to shield Coast Guard, TSA and Secret Service from a shutdown while Democrats are demanding Immigration and Customs Enforcement reforms before funding approval for the Department of Homeland Security.
