[homemade] Steak Frites with Sauce l‘Entrecôte

Very happy with the taste and result over all. Just a bit sad, that the colour of the sauce wasn‘t as vibrant as I have seen it in other videos / pictures. Also have to use a bit less salt next time overall. What do you think? 🙂 (followed the recipe from Joshua Weissmann) EDIT: [...]
