2nd time I’ve ever made steak!! Rib eye!! Salt and peppered and fried till it had a nice crust. Took off to rest. I then melted butter with herbs (parsley and chives) roasted garlic and sautéed onions, added steak back to pan and covered it in that buttery goodnesss!! Added more ground peppercorns.
