Urban spelunking: West Allis City Hall

In 1964, the City of West Allis decided to undertake a study to determine whether or not it needed to replace its 1921 city hall, located at 75th and Greenfield, to meet the needs of the city until 2000. More than 25 years after that date, I went over to see how the building is doing.
