on protocol moderation

Non-illegal takedowns are still applied at the AppView level.

This means I cannot embed a post on @leaflet.pub from a user suspended on Bluesky, even when I can view that post on Blacksky. See:

No, changing that to bsky.app doesn't change anything. Leaflet already embeds using bsky.app or blacksky.community links; the post I successfully embed above is embedded with a blacksky link.

Update on Protocol Moderation noted takedowns should not affect other apps on protocol. Is this an issue with leaflet rendering via Bluesky's appview? If so, is this something that could be avoid if the takedown was at the labeler level, and therefore tunable by apps reading content?

I'm not familiar with leaflet's implementations here, but what I do know is an atmosphere client wanting to show microblogging content cannot get around Link being suspended without offering or using an alternate AppView to Bluesky's. That's a pretty massive flaw I'd like to see prioritized higher.
