"textContent": "### Cohort 2 Applications - Launching in July (17/20 spaces available)\n\nAI is reshaping customer experience, contact centres and BPOs – and many of the people leading these transformations are women. Yet most AI conversations and communities still don't reflect their realities, constraints or voices.\n\n📣\n\nJoin the list of women that is pioneering the DNA of Human-Centred AI Strategies!\n\nBased on the success & interest from cohort 1, we're launching cohort 2 of the **exclusive 6-week AI strategy lab program** for women in senior CX, contact centre and BPO roles who are involved in AI initiatives and want to accelerate their impact alongside peers facing similar challenges.\n\nApply Here\n\n✅Applications will primarily be evaluated based on the **criteria** and **seniority** outlined below. Submitting a completed application takes approximately 5–7 minutes, and only fully completed applications will be considered. To ensure fair consideration and due to limited capacity, **preference will be given to completed applications received in the order received. 1st come, 1st serve (based on criteria met).**\n\n❓Not a woman, but interested in a similar program? We'd like to hear from you here.\n\nSponsorshipsBe part of shaping the future of CX, BPO & Contact Experience Centres.Get AIEditorial\n\nInterested in sponsoring this event and associating your brand with Human-Centred AI Strategies?\n\n* * *\n\n## What the program offers\n\nOver 6 weeks, you will:\n\n * Join **live, expert, women-led sessions** on AI use cases in CX/contact centres/BPOs, workforce transformation, governance and Human-Centred AI design.\n * Collaborate with **seasoned practitioners** across CX, AI, and BPO leadership.\n * Engage in high-level exchange with **industry veterans** and AI pioneers.\n * Work alongside a **Brain Trust** of CX and BPO executive leadership.\n * Leave with having created a concrete **\"Human-Centred AI in CX Playbook\"** tailored to your organisation.\n\n\n\n**Time commitment:** around 2 hours per week (live sessions plus light preparation).\n**Format:** Fully virtual. Timeslots will be allocated based on availability. Recorded sessions will also be available.\n\n* * *\n\n## Investment and sponsorship\n\n * We're working hard to make Cohort 2 accessible to everyone by securing vendor sponsorships to fully fund all 20 places — **at no cost to participants**\n * Your application responses will help us demonstrate that demand and finalise sponsorship commitments.\n * In the unlikely event sponsorship doesn't materialise, a small introductory fee of ~R4,500–R6,500 would apply. This is routinely covered, under certain circumstances, by employer professional development budgets, so it wouldn't come out of your pocket.\n\n\n\nYour application answers will help us:\n\n * Understand how your organisation thinks about this kind of development.\n * Shape the final interest & demand for Cohort 2.\n * Decide how to prioritise fully sponsored places.\n\n\n\n* * *\n\n## Who should apply\n\nYou're likely a strong fit if you:\n\n * Are you a **woman** in a **senior or rising-senior** role, such as:\n * Head of CX / Customer Operations / Customer Success\n * Head of Contact Centre / Operations Manager / WFM Lead\n * BPO Operations / Account Director / Site Lead\n * CX/contact-centre-focused Analytics or BI Lead\n * Have **real influence or ownership** over AI-related projects in CX, contact centres or BPOs.\n * Can commit around **2 hours per week** for the 6-week duration.\n * Are willing to share openly, learn from others and contribute to a trusted peer group.\n\n\n\nIf you're earlier in your career or not yet involved in AI decisions, you're still welcome to apply, and we may consider you for future offerings better aligned to your stage.\n\n* * *\n\n## Membership & updates\n\nThis program is part of the wider **getai.cc** community for CX, contact centre and BPO leaders.\n\nTo apply, you must either be a **free getai.cc member** or agree to be added as a free member as part of your application. This means:\n\n * You'll receive our email updates and resources on AI in CX/contact centres.\n * You'll get first access to future programs, events and research.\n * You can unsubscribe at any time, but an active membership is required to participate in this cohort.\n\n\n\nAlso, remember to follow us here and enable all reminders🔔 to receive the latest updates on this program.\n\n* * *\n\n## How to apply\n\nThe application takes about **5–7 minutes** and covers:\n\n * Your role and operational context\n * Your AI maturity and current challenges\n * Your goals for joining the program\n * How your organisation typically funds leadership development\n * Whether you'd like to be considered for any **fully sponsored** places\n\n\n\n**By applying, you agree to be added as a free getai.cc member (if you are not already) so we can share program updates and related resources.**\n\n👉 Apply for Cohort 2 here\n\n\n* * *\n\n## Key dates (Cohort 2)\n\n * **Applications open:** 15 May 2026\n * **Applications close:** 12 June 2026\n * **Acceptance emails:** within 7–14 days after applications close\n * **Cohort 2 start date:** July/August 2026 - TBC\n\n\n\nIf you're interested and this resonates with your current remit, we'd love to hear from you.\n\n* * *\n\n**Questions?** Send us a message here. Not a woman, but interested in a similar program? We'd like to hear from you here.\n\nApply Here\n\n## FAQ\n\n#### ****1. Do I need to be “technical” or work in IT/data?****\n\nNo. This is for ****business and operations leaders****. You don’t need to code or build models. You do need to be close enough to AI decisions to care about strategy, people impact and outcomes.\n\n#### ****2. Why is this women-only?****\n\nWomen are at the centre of customer and agent care, but are still underrepresented in the rooms where AI strategy is set. This cohort creates a space where women leaders can speak frankly about AI, people, politics and risk – and shape Human-Centred AI from that lived experience.\n\n#### ****3. How much time will this actually take?****\n\nThis has not yet been finalised. We estiamte: Around ****2 hours per week for 6 weeks**** :\n\n * 60–90 minutes for a live session\n * 30–45 minutes for light prep or pod check-ins\n\n\n\nIf you miss a live session, you’ll get the recording.\n\n#### ****4.Will this turn into vendor sales pitches?****\n\n\n\n\n * ****Core strategy sessions****\n * * Led by ****1–2 independent moderators**** whose job includes keeping the space vendor-neutral.\n * Strict ****no-pitch policy**** : no product demos, no pricing talk, no “book a meeting” nudges.\n * Industry and technology leaders will be carefully selected and will serve only as ****educators and trusted advisors**** , sharing case studies on what worked, what failed, and how to think about AI in CX/contact centres/BPOs.\n * ****If Sponsored: spotlight slots (clearly marked, time-boxed)****\n * * Sponsors will receive a separate & limited ****20-40-minute session**** to present their solutions and offers.\n * These are clearly labelled as ****sponsor sessions**** , separate from the core strategy design flow, so you always know when you’re in “learning and design” vs “vendor spotlight”.\n\n\n\nThe moderators are explicitly responsible for ****protecting the learning space**** and making sure that any vendor involvement serves your development first.",
