"textContent": "### What's been happening\n\nAfter an early start to last weekend, this week has been back to business as usual. I'm getting better at swimming - I'm now able to breathe out through my nose without panicking now. I need to get better at breathing in and to co-ordinate my hands to propel forward. Our gym sessions have been good as well. We've been consistently hitting and improving our personal bests in both back squats and benchpress. All that weight lifting hasn't changed my weight much though. Both Jo & I have been working on getting our step count to our previous levels. I need to re-start my post-lunch walks again.\n\nThis week also has been a week of scheduling - I have my driving test scheduled for the first of May. I hope it goes well - I still have a few more classes to get comfortable with, and so far it's been going pretty well. I also heard back from my battery installers to schedule a date for my battery install - and that's set for the week post the Easter break. And with how cold Sydney became with the storm, it's coming at the right time. Looking forward to cutting down my energy bills some more, even with the heating kicking in. I'll have a separate post for my battery setup soon.\n\nFor the weekend, on Saturday we decided to do a trip to Windsor, NSW. Windsor is a historic town in north-western Sydney and sits on the Hawkesbury River. Many of the oldest surviving European buildings in Australia are located at Windsor. We visited an art gallery, walked around the town, had some delicious fish-n-chips and came back home mid-day. I'll have a separate post on Windsor.\n\nSights of Windsor\n\nOnce we got home, we watched the Formula 1 qualifying followed by Rugby - the NRL season has started and I've been watching a few games and slowly beginning to enjoy them.\n\nSunday was largely gardening and lawn care day. Over the week, Sydney had some really crazy storms which cleared out by Saturday. The heat and the rain meant that the lawn had really overgrown. I got my lawnmower and line trimmer out. I've been getting more comfortable with the line trimmer and got some nice edges with it. I was particularly trying to cut the overgrown edges and some bits of the line got cut and flew towards me. Thankfully, I was wearing my gardening gloves (as I wanted to pick up some of the overgrown plants as well) and that reduced a nasty hit. Jo went over to Bunnings and picked up a leaf blower as well as some tubestock plants and planted them. Looking forward to seeing how they grow!\n\n### What I've been playing\n\nI treated myself to a few games that were on sale as part of Steam Spring Sale. These had been on my wishlist for a while and since they were going on deep discount, I picked them up:\n\n * Gravel\n * CarX Drift Racing Online\n * Megabonk\n\n\n\nI've played a few hours of all three games and they have been fun. I look forward to diving deeper into them!\n\n### What we ate\n\nMacquarie Park Boathouse Cafe, Windsor - We went here after Jo suggested it as she found many reviews suggesting this place is good for seafood. When we arrived, the place was packed as there was a large party there. We ordered their fish-n-chips along with prawn tempura for myself (Jo's allergic to crustaceans, so she can't eat 'em). It took a while for them to get our food but after about a half hour wait, we finally got our food. The tempura batter was really light and fluffy and was really good. The batter on the fish-n-chips wasn't mixed well so I had some bland portions while Jo's side had some salty bits. The fish itself was quite fresh. Overall a good place to visit.\n\n### Music of the Week\n\nAnother great chill house song that I found while listening to my usual chill house mixes, Cold Light (6am Remix) by KC Lights (feat. Leo Stannard) is a great listen whether you want to start your day or want something to relax to.\n\n### Links of the week\n\nThe Overview Effekt has a fantastic video on visualising Time Dilation - also showing where Project Hail Mary gets it wrong\n\nThe dude pulls out one video per year but when he does, Rocket Powered Mohawk is amazing in his satiric and sharp takes on Formula 1. In this video, he compares the first two races - Australian and Chinese Grand Prix of this and last year.\n\n### Thanks for reading.\n\nThanks for reading and have a great week ahead.",
