ICE agent who killed L.A. man allegedly threatened criminal charges over being identified

Brian Palacios, the federal immigration agent who fatally shot a Los Angeles man while off duty on New Year's Eve, allegedly threatened to have the person he suspected of leaking his name to the public criminally prosecuted, according to a court filing and an audio recording reviewed by The Times.
