Hundreds of dogs and cats rescued in largest L.A. County animal enforcement operation ever

At 7 a.m., Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control workers served a warrant in the 46000 block of 266th Street West, where hundreds of dogs and cats were being kept, officials said.
