Cuba says it's begun talks with Trump administration over 'bilateral differences'

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, whose nation is quickly running out of fuel, said the talks sought to solve “bilateral differences” between the two countries. He added they were based on “respect for the political systems of both countries.”
