Liberal Sen. Bernie Sanders to kick off California billionaires' tax campaign

Sen. Bernie Sanders, a hero among liberals and populists, will next week formally kick off the campaign to place a billionaires tax on the November ballot. The controversial proposal, if approved by voters, would impose a one-time 5% tax on the assets of the state's wealthiest residents.
