According to the company’s website in Japan, Panasonic is sharing a “Notice Regarding Delivery of Digital Camera DC-L10” that reads as follows:

Thank you for using Panasonic products.

The digital camera LUMIX “DC-L10” is scheduled to be released on June 18th, and we have received a reservation that greatly exceeds our expectations, so some customers who have already made a reservation may not be able to deliver on the day of the release date.

In addition, customers who make reservations in the future may take some time to deliver the product after release. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who are looking forward to our products and to all those involved.

We will do our utmost to deliver it as soon as possible to meet the expectations of our customers, so we appreciate your understanding.
