DJI Introduces Its Latest Portable Power Station With 1kWh Power and Efficient Solar Charging

If you’re someone looking to film far off on location, or possibly even off the grid, then power becomes your number one concern. Luckily, there are many portable power stations available these days. DJI has actually introduced several, including the DJI Power 1000 and Power 500 models.

To offer even more options and a more diverse power support, DJI has now introduced its latest portable power station, the Power 1000 Mini. Set to feature 1kWh power, built-in 400W car flash charging, and a high-efficiency MPPT solar charging model, this latest option might be the best.

DJI Power 1000 Mini

Designed for those seeking power in the most remote locations, the DJI Power 1000 Mini is the latest power station from the Chinese company, introducing new tech and some of the most sophisticated power capabilities available.

The DJI Power 1000 Mini can reach 80% charge in just 58 minutes. An impressive feat for a station that’s half the size of the original Power 1000. This new portable power station is also set to include built-in cables and chargers for effortless charging and storage, including a 100W retractable USB-C cable, a 400W car charger, and an MPPT module.

Most impressively, the DJI Power 1000 Mini packs a lot into a smaller body, measuring 314 × 212 × 216 mm and weighing 11.5kg. It’s capable of delivering up to 1000W of output and can power select 1200W appliances via its two USB-A ports, two AC outlets, or an SDC port.

Ultimately designed as an option for working with different DJI products and accessories, the Power 1000 Mini features SDC ports and can be paired with the DJI Power MC4 Solar Power Charging Cable (sold separately) and the IBCPOWER 100W Foldable Solar Panel for maximum pass-through charging.
