"plaintext": "I had been using workouts from Bodyrock for quite some time now. While they have been fine, I rediscovered Zuzana, which ironically was the reason I started using Bodyrock in the first place. Her YouTube channel is full of several different and most importantly, efficient workouts.\nWhether its for the better or for the sake of change, I have enjoyed the change. However, with so many “landing” exercises where there is impact from jumping/landing, my shins have started to complain to me. I will give the jump ropes, jump squats and switch lunges a break until my legs feel a little better.\nI have to remember to do things in moderation. I had been doing these Zuzana workouts every day without any days of rest. We’ll see if including some rest days makes things a little better."
