Whether you are taking the BART , MUNI buses/trains, Caltrain , or VTA , you only need one Clipper card.

How to Use

• Digital Card: You can add a Clipper card directly to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. You don't even need a physical card anymore!
• Autoload: Set up "Autoload" so your card never runs out of funds.
• Employer Benefits: Check if your employer offers "Commuter Benefits." If they do, you can load your Clipper card using pre-tax dollars from your paycheck.

Remember: On systems like Caltrain and BART, you must "Tag On" and "Tag Off" to pay the correct far based on distance.
