What have your initial impressions of Mitrović been, and what are expectations for him this year?_\n\n**Seth Macomber (The Blazing Musket):** When **Marko Mitrović** was hired, I asked around about him, and everything I heard was positive.\n\nSporting Director **Curt Onalfo** said, \"Tactically, he's excellent.\" **Dejan Joveljić** called him a \"top three person I have ever met.\" **Carles Gil** noted, \"I think this is what we needed, a leader that tries to make a way for everyone [to succeed].”\n\nMitrović gave every player several opportunities to showcase their abilities during preseason, trying a variety of pairings during extended games. He also put a heavy emphasis on creating a family-like atmosphere. He's warm, yet demanding.
