I couldn't find any image of it I wanted to link to, so I made my own: Eisenhower Decision Matrix That made me think that making your own thing when you can't find one you like is (almost) always a good idea (especially if you then share it). Toolsmiths do that a lot, and the whole Open Source movement is based on this very simple approach to life.
