Why is KernelSU not on F-Droid?

KernelSU is an open source project licensed under GPL3? I know FDroid has Apatch But Apatch can’t hide from some app that I use unlike KernelSU. I like downloading softwares from F-Droid because I’m more confident that the apk is built from the source I see unlike github releases where you can upload anything in there.
