Google will require developer verification to install Android apps, including sideloading

Always ran as much as possible on open software through f-droid and other sources, nextcloud for cloud storage etc. For me, ‘dealing with it’ is exploring options in the hopes to keep this possible in the future. In theory /e/OS looks such an easy switch and I was surprised by the stability, compatibility and clever workarounds that seem to make it a valid alternative.
