But AFAIK any Taler storefront can accept any non-fiat currency with no dependence on the legacy banking or online payments system. So someone could set up a Taler mint that can be loaded up Bitcoin, Monero or Paysafecard? In which case F-Droid would need a Swiss bank account to convert Taler tokens back into a currency they can actually use. Yes and since the ecosystem for Taler is barely existing, you also cant use it to buy other things without converting it
