i believe that since new alpha versions allow you to download the APK files you can just use anyapk.

F-Droid itself unfortunately will fade away as “Advanced Flow” gets forced onto everybody, but the applications that utilize ADB to install applications will continue to thrive

same as above, share apk and click on anyapk, it can install from share menu. (also they can f%ck adb as well, others said that previously in this topic so i have no reason to not believe that)
