What’s the best TTS (text-to-speech) app for Android in 2026?

As soon as RHvoice became available I replaced any instance of eSpeak I had with that, insanely better, eSpeak is terrible from a voice quality standpoint. Luckily I’m a native English speaker so my language is supported. Nowadays there are all these voice models created with “AI”, but I don’t want to support all that stuff that piggybacks off of everyone else’s work without compensation or attribution.
