Update tags for Privacy Browser and Privacy Cell not being detected

If you open metadata on Gitlab you’ll see a “merge requests for this file” in the upper right side of the page:

Now, why are those not merged? Well… since January, we’ve updated to Debian Trixie and Java 21 is the default.
