  "textContent": "Thanks for the suggestion. I don’t think PlugBrain is what I was looking for but will take a look. I am not so much looking to reduce screen time as just make sure that IF I am on it for some time that my eyes get various types of breaks every so often. And setting the 20min alarm is not practical as don’t necessarily know when I pick up the phone if it will be just a 1min email reply or whether it will need research etc which will take me into the extended screen time zone.\n\nSo ideally an auto timer that records how long screen has been on continuously and then offers various eye exercises/breaks at the relevant time just like the Windows app I mentioned does.",
