What types of apps are you missing from the FOSS ecosystem?

An app to remind you to take breaks, look into the distance, blink and do other eye exercises etc to help keep eyes, and probably brain, healthy would be good. There are apps such as Eye Care 20 20 20 in the Play Store but, of course, usual issues/concerns around them. Thanks,
