Viability of Termux:GUI in avoiding Google overreach

Regarding Google’s Android Developer Verification. I am curious as to how viable is Termux:GUI for developing Android Apps. I have seen full distro’s linux run on Termux. There is no way Google can attempt to verify Linux developers. Anybody here with experience with Termux and explain the limits of using it to develop Android Apps.
